The iLitBridge guided reading platform is owned and operated by Bush Harkins Educational Solutions ("iLitBridge", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you enter into an agreement with Bush Harkins Educational Solutions.

By continuing to access or use iLitBridge you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

iLitBridge provides two-day guided reading intervention lessons for grades 3–5, including phonics and word work routines, Lexile-leveled literary and informational texts, teacher editions, comprehension question sets, and printable student materials. Lesson cycles are refreshed periodically.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for the named educator; school and district-wide use requires a written license.

You must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
• copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share lesson materials outside your own classroom or licensed organization;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of iLitBridge or any third party;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of the service.

Subject to these terms and your active subscription or license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, display, and print iLitBridge materials for instruction with your own students. Printing student packets for your class is expressly permitted; posting materials publicly or distributing them to other educators is not.

iLitBridge and all of its content — texts, illustrations, lesson plans, teacher editions, software, and branding — are the intellectual property of Bush Harkins Educational Solutions and remain our property at all times. No ownership transfers to you.

Educator subscriptions are billed at $8.00 USD per month or $80.00 USD per year and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. School, district, and organizational licenses are arranged separately by written agreement and invoice.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We work to keep iLitBridge available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the materials ends, and you must stop distributing any printed copies beyond current classroom use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify Bush Harkins Educational Solutions against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you submit.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition.
