Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on iLitBridge educator subscriptions. If the program isn't the right fit for your classroom, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or annual.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email, or email us at info@bushharkins.com and we will help you through it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access to the lesson library until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, or you were charged twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will resolve it, including a full refund of the renewal where the subscription has not been used in that period.

Site and district licenses are governed by the written license agreement and invoice terms between your organization and Bush Harkins Educational Solutions. Contact info@bushharkins.com with any billing question.
