iLitBridge is a teacher-facing tool. We do not ask for, collect, or store student names, student work, or student performance data.

• Account data — name, work email, school or district, and login credentials. Used to create and secure your account and verify contract eligibility. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Subscription data — plan, subscription status, renewal dates, and a payment-provider customer reference. Used to give and maintain access. Legal basis: contract performance. Card details are handled by Paddle; we never see or store them.
• Support messages — what you send us by email. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and basic log data. Used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

• Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Service providers that host our application and database and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years afterwards where needed for tax, accounting, or legal records. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email info@bushharkins.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also complain to your supervisory authority; where data is transferred outside those regions we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security so that each account can only reach its own data.

We use only essential cookies and local browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete checkout securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser at any time, which will sign you out.
